Tea Processing

Teatrition Facts:
The determinant for a type of tea is based on the way in which the tea leaf is processed. For example, green tea is heated immediately after it is picked and then rolled before being heated again. Black tea on the other hand is rolled and withered before the heating process begins. 

This difference in processing techniques give each type of tea its own unique flavor and set of health benefits.
